Since 1999, Instigate has delivered solutions to help businesses maximize their staffing and recruiting resources. Through recruitment process outsourcing [RPO], we strive to level the playing field for businesses, who are often challenged to compete for talent without the budgets, time or people that larger organizations have at their disposal.  We understand there is no one-size-fits-all recruitment solution, Instigate offers full end-to-end RPO, selective RPO, Private Label Contract Staffing and recruitment consulting services.

We provide RPO services throughout the United States and Canada from our White Bear Lake, Minnesota offices located in the Twin Cities metropolitan area of Minneapolis and Saint Paul.

Christina Schreyer – SWP, HCS

Helping businesses achieve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.

For more than 20 years, Christi Schreyer has been helping businesses maximize their staffing and recruiting resources.

Christi strives to “level the playing field” for companies who are challenged to compete for talent without the budgets, time or people that large organizations have at their disposal.  Making the most of technology and Instigate’s highly efficient approach to recruiting, Christi’s clients are able to land top talent, measure success, establish their own employer brand, and boost hiring manager satisfaction.

Prior to founding Instigate in 1999, Christi played a critical role in talent acquisition for Wilson Learning. Before that, she executed nearly every HR function as a specialist with Campbell Mithun, helping them grow into one of the top ad agencies in the country.   HR career was launched with JFA, a human resource and management consulting firm.

A firm believer in giving back to the community, Christi mentors HR professionals through the TCHRA and has been active with SCORE, Development Corporation for Children, and the St. Paul Chamber of Commerce.  Christi holds Strategic Workforce Planner and Human Capital Strategist certifications as well as a B.S. degree in human resources management. She is an active member of SHRM, HCI, HRP-MN, TCHRA and NEM-HRXchange.

Matthew Schreyer

Aligning Talent Acquisition with Corporate Strategy to Maximize ROI

Matthew Schreyer has more than 17 years of experience helping businesses land top talent while reducing the time, effort, and expense of recruiting.

Among the earliest champions of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), he recognized the tremendous benefits—especially in reducing overhead costs and improving competitive advantage—that RPO offered businesses.  Instigate seeks out the most efficient talent acquisition technology and processes to help its clients find the right talent to maximum corporate strategy while improving recruiting metrics and overall ROI.

Prior to founding Instigate, Matt was the sales director at a regional staffing and recruiting firm, supporting its rapid growth from a start-up agency to a leading regional recruitment firm. Before that, he was a business development executive at ReviewWorks, a provider of medical cost containment solutions and disability management services, where he led the company’s expansion into new markets and service offerings.

Matt holds a B.S. degree in marketing from the University of St. Thomas, and writes frequently on talent acquisition strategies for industry publications. He is a founding member of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association (RPOA), whose mission is to educate about RPO, develop and enforce certifications, and promote RPO benefits.
